The Group applies internet and other technology to simplify and automate the complex, ongoing and multiple transactions, associated with the administration and exchange of data and dollars between participants in the health and welfare benefits supply chain. The customers of the Group include employers, brokers, other employee benefit advisors and health plans and other carriers. In 2001, the Group acquired the health and welfare assets of Howard Johnson & Company.
