Pan Pelagic ASA. The Company's principal activity is supplying pelagic products, producing fish meal and fish oil and fishing. The Company operates through three segments: Consumption, Meal, oil, feed and catch. Consumption business area supplies Norwegian pelagic products mainly to Eastern Europe and Asia, either as frozen or as fillets. Meal, Oil and Feed business area produces fish meals and fish oil, which is mainly used, for fish and animal feeds. Catch business area operates 14 fishing vessels and possesses fishing incenses for a number of fishing waters. Consumption accounted for 70% of 2001 revenues; Meal, Oil and Feed, 17% and Catch, 13%.
