The Group operates in the United States, Japan, Malaysia, Europe, London, England, Scotland, Netherlands, France, Germany, Ireland, Israel, Korea, Taiwan, Singapore and China. On 06-Dec-2002, it acquired SpeedFam-IPEC, Inc.
