MTC Technologies Inc. The Group's principal activities are to provide systems engineering, information technology, intelligence operations and program management services. The Group offers a broad range of systems engineering services to enhance the functionality and performance of defense systems, weapons platforms, battlefield personnel and delivery systems. The Group also designs, develops, upgrades and integrates complex, mission-critical information technology systems. Services to intelligence agencies include designing, developing and managing reconnaissance platforms, real-time signal processing systems, sensors and ground stations and data links. Program management support services include services provided to extend the useful life of the existing defense systems and reduce life-cycle costs. The services are provided mainly to U.S. defense, intelligence and civilian federal government agencies. In 2002, the Group acquired Amcomp Corporation.
