The Group's principal activity was to provide Voice over Internet Protocol application technologies that delivered increased productivity and flexibility in communication via next generation communications networks. In January 2001, the Group completed the divestiture of its Live Communities business unit, including the Mplayer.com service and the affiliated advertising network. On October 22, 2001, the Group ceased ongoing business operations and went into liquidation and dissolution.
