The Group acquired Codigent Solutions Group Inc on 31-May-2002, on 12-Feb-2003 Paragon Solutions Inc and on 02-Jun-2003 Coactive Systems Corporation. Healthcare accounted for 42% of 2002 revenues; Outsourcing, 33% and Life sciences, 25%.
