The company has also formed Finantra Internet Services.com, Inc., a platform for the distribution of financial products and services through the Internet. During 1999, the company acquired Travelers Investment Corporation, the assets of Suntrust Financial Corporation and 80% of the outstanding common shares of Sun Coast Title Company. The wholly owned subsidiaries of the company are Ameri-Cap Business Finance Group, Inc. and Ameri-Cap Consumer Finance Group, Inc. Consumer finance accounted for 65% of 1999 revenues and business finance, 35%.
