ENDESA DIVERSIFICACION: telecommunications,gas and water supply. ENDESA SERVICIOS: provides assistance to the company's subsidiaries. ENDESA NET FACTORY: e-commerce. In 2002 the company announced that it would divide its business into a European gas and electricity business and a Latin American electricity business. Distribution accounted for 33% of 2002 revenues; foreign sales, 32%; generation, 22%; retailing, 7%; non electrical sales, 4% and corporate activities, 2%.
