The Group operates in the United States, Canada, Latin America and other foreign countries. On 14-Mar-2002, the Group acquired Westcoast Energy Inc. Electricity accounted 45% of 2002 revenues; Natural gas and petroleum products, 31%; Transportation and storage of natural gas, 10%; Trading and marketing, 7% and Other 7%.
