On 22-Jan-2002, the Group acquired Diebold Election Systems Inc, on 15-Jul-2002, Sersi Italia and on 23-Jan-2003, Data Information Management Systems. The other segment markets educational, medical and other products and services educational products in the United States. Financial self-service solutions accounted for 72% of 2002 revenues; Security solutions, 22% and Voting solutions, 6%.
