The customers of the Group include major semiconductor manufacturers as well as assembly and test services companies. The Group sells its products to the distributors and semiconductor manufacturers located in the United States, Asia Pacific and Europe.Systems and upgrades accounted for 74% of fiscal 2002 revenues and Service, spare parts and software, 26%.
