During 2002, the Group acquired New Alliance Health Plan and Mid America Health Partners Inc and On 01-Feb-2003, the Group acquired PersonalCare Health Management Inc. Commercial products accounted for 73% of 2002 revenues; Medicaid, 13%; Medicare, 12% and Management services, 2%.
