Capcon Holdings PLC. The Group's principal activities are the provision of audit and stocktaking, and commercial investigation services, principally in England and Scotland. The audit and stocktaking division provides a specialised service to the licensed and retail trade, covering aspects of stock control and related management information. The division specialises in stocktaking in liquor, food and retail merchandise, as well as offering cash control and reconciliation services. The commercial investigation services division provides surveillance, fraud detection and prevention and advice on security matters, for two ferry companies, pub and hotel chains, and financial institutions. In addition to these services, the division offers corporate, employee and individual screening services. Audit and stocktaking accounted for 70% of fiscal 2002 revenues and investigations and other, 30%.
