Bell Microproducts Inc.. The principal activity of the Group is to distribute value-added storage products and systems, computer products and semiconductors and peripherals. The products include semiconductor components such as memory, logic, microprocessors, peripheral and speciality components and computer products such as disk, tape and optical drives and drive controllers. The Group also provides system design integration, installation, maintenance and other consulting services along with the products. In all, the Group handles over 150 brand lines as well as its own brands consisting of the BellStor and Rorke Data storage products, Markvision memory modules and TradeMark computer products. In 2001, the Group acquired Total Tec Systems Inc, Touch The Progress Group BV and Forefront Graphics. The Group markets its products to original equipment manufacturers, value-added resellers and contract electronic manufacturers across the United States, Europe, Canada and Latin America.
