The Group has four segments: consumer and commercial banking, asset management, global corporate and investment banking and equity investments. The services include deposit products, lending loans, investment banking, capital markets, and leasing and financial advisory services. The products and services are provided to individuals, small businesses, middle market companies, financial institutions and government entities. The international regions include Asia, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Latin America. In 2003, the Group acquired Framework Inc. Consumer and commercial banking acctd for 65% of 2002 revs; global corporate and investment banking, 25%; asset management, 7% and corporate, 3%.
