The Group's principal activities are carried out through two divisions: Voice and Data: Includes Communication equipment and related services (sale and maintenance of telephone systems and voice recorders), Computer equipment and related services (sale of computer equipment, maintenance and integration of data networks, and computer training) and Payphone and related services (operation of managed payphone sites). Electronic Transactions: Includes Electronic transactions and related services (installation and maintenance of alphayra owned and third party owned terminals and provision of electronic services through alphyra owned terminals, primarily prepaid cellular top-up, debit/credit card processing and prepaid utilities. On 31-Dec-2001, the Group disposed Voice and Data Division. On 19-Oct-2001, the Group acquired De La Rue PLC & De La Rue Payment Services. Voice and data accounted for 51% of fis 2001 revenues and electronic transactions, 49%.
