The Company has not yet been approved by the Inland Revenue as an Investment Trust for the purposes of Section 842 of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988 for the year ended 30-Jun-2001. It has conducted its affairs as to be able to seek such approval for the year ended 30-Jun-2002.Progressive Value Management Ltd provides investment management services for a basic fee equivalent to one twelfth of 1% of the aggregate value at the Placing price of the Units placed, a cancellation fee at the rate of 0.01 for each Redeemable Preference share redeemed or re-purchased, and an equity appreciation fee of 10% of any increase in the net asset value of an Ordinary share over the number shares in issue multiplied by the duration of the agreement.
